My custom and art cases use colors, proportions, and textures to create visual effects which have been described as “elegant simplicity.” They are beautiful without calling undo attention to themselves, complimenting room décor rather than overwhelming it. My designs tend to soften the somewhat severe look of a grand piano, and let beautiful proportions speak for themselves.

For interior designers or homeowners if you would like your piano’s design to be part of a room’s décor, I can either collaboratively work with you to develop the design, or I can realize a design which you have already developed.

Colors, veneers, colored veneers, inlays, added molding details, custom designed legs, etc can be used to create these designs. As well master woodworking capabilities allow major case component redesigns. All casework is incorporated into an artist level instrument.
